GX120 big bore?

Has any one found the bore limit on a GX120 block? At what point does the sleeve poke out from between the fins? I don't wanna make a stack of washers.

Start boring. Hold it up to the light after each bore cut. When you start see light thru the cylinder wall- thats it......hahaha

Haaa. I may end up doing just that. Any decent kart tracks up there? I gotta make a cheese-curd run soon

Not much for kart tracks up here....except for my yard- kind wet right now. We do have plenty of cheese tho!

Looks like 69mm GV190 piston (13 pin) can be squeezed in. May need the top trimmed and/or head recessed for clearance. Silly breather slot in gasket lies, holes in head and block are close.
