Can you replace the cylinder sleeve and what is the max ID you can run?

You can run any I.D. as long as you have a piston to fit.

Now on the O.D. your limited by the head bolts, and aluminum material around the jugg.

What are you trying to do exactly?

My sleeve is 2.684. Just over Honda's service limit and all I can find is a .010 oversize piston. Honda says standard sleeve ID is 2.36 but I don't know what the piston size is or if I can find bigger pistons?
