Gx390 timing help

I have a Gx390 with a Raseseng adjustable flywheel & the timing kit. I found TDC and set the needle on the block, when I spin the motor with a drill and use a timing light what should be the stock degree reading be?

If you are running pump gas timing should be 28 to 32 degrees
If you are running alcohol timing could be as much as 28 to 36 degrees.
Its best to do some testing and see what you and the engine like . JMO
