Ever time I hear our National anthem the star spangled banner. It brings tears to my eyes because I love my country so much and appreciate our troops past and present. I invite you all to volunteer at your local VA all you need is a TB test and a good attitude. When the heavens crash down and gods wrath is upon us I will gladly sacrifice my live on the altar of freedom. God bless America.

My boy went out to run some errands with the wife.When he got back he told me he had thanked some veterans he noticed that were wearing a shirt or hat that showed they were vets.Did it all on his own.
I think we should all do that.

I just looked this holiday up, its like Remembrance day but in the spring.

I never noticed if you mark the 11th of November in the USA?
I just kind of assumed all the allies wore a poppy and did the same things.....
