Heald SST-16 Super Tryke

Just picked this up from an old farm a few months back, for my daughter. We finished restoring it, and she loves it. Just thought I'd post this for all you tryke fans.

Thanks, everyone. It was great working with the kids. They each contributed a lot to it.
Luckily, it was kept pretty much original, and didn't see a lot of use. It spent many years in the barn.

Steve, when I spoke with Ron Kimball, he told me that the gearbox and differential setup was the early design. They eventually switched to a transaxle, which he was not a fan of.

Well as much as I have always been into trikes I have never even seen a Heald Tryke and still don't understand where the TRYKE name came from. As I am a TRIKER LOL
Strait shaft gear boxes like the ones on the Tule Trooper enable a lot of projects to happen
