As far as filling the lower tank, it is kind of a hassel. You need to buy a funnel with either a right angle bend in it or a flexible end on it. Another thing you can do is buy one of those small "fluid transfer pumps" (hand cranked) They have a small diameter flexible tube on them. You put one end in your gas can and the other end in the lower fuel tank. With any method, an added challenge is knowing when the tank is near full. You have to stick your finger in there and keep checking the level or, if you know the fuel tank capacity just pump in a pre-measured amount. On my Bronc I never used the lower tank, however, it is nice to know you CAN have that reserve for an extended ride.
