Hegar kick start parts

Hi, I know this is a long shot, but no harm in asking. I am looking for the driven gear and stator for a Hegar Kick Starter like the one pictured. Parts 11 to 18, but part number 12 is the critical part. Any one with a bag of parts out there? Thanks Allan

Forge the part yourself if possible.

If I had a part to copy, it would be possible, but at this point all I could do is guess at its dimensions. I rather find a good part to get mine in working condition again.
