Help me make my 10-15hp clone

i just wanted to open a debate kinda thing heres the deal i would like to make anywhere from 10-15hp on my clone and i need your guys help to make it tell me what works and what doesnt or things that arnt worth it.

gov removed
uni air filter(with 90 jet)

if you guys could just help me make the most for my buck on this that would be great. thanks

Billet rod
Billet flywheel
.275" dyno cam, and all relate valve train parts (springs, HD push rods, HD rockers, stock size stainless steel valves, slip locks and retainers)

Mild porting, and 30 degrees timing

With stock carb about 12hp, with carb swap 16hp.

Thanks man that helps a lot would the gx390 carb work? And what's a good flywheel I was looking at the acr billet with timing adjustment would that give me 30?

Yes that gx390 carb will work with a adapter
Any ARC flywheel is good, the adjustable version just allows timing changes faster. But it's about 1/2 lb heavier, and cost $75 more.

while your at it put in a flat top piston
