Help! What is this?

Picked this bke up tonight for 30.00 Anyone have any idea the make/model of this mini? It has a foot brake on the left side of the bike. A metal plate comes up and drags against the back tire.

That's a King O Lawn bike just like this one.

Thank you. There are a few things that are throwing me. On my frame there is a plate attached. No suspension on this bike. Is there a vin # that gives the year this was made? I'd like to start putting it back together, but I'm not sure if the frame is stock or not. Thanks, again, for your help. J

King o Lawn questions

check this pic out. the frame not like any of the pic's I've seen, including the plate on the frame near the forks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some bike manf. came with that plate from the factory. Check the welds on yours. If factory it should match other weld points on your back. If not then farmer John added it.
