Hi! I'm trying to contact Frank Davis about a scooter! I keep ending up here! I have 3 scooters but don't think they qualify here.... '62 H-D Topper, 53 Sears Allstate 811.40 and a '52 Cushman turtle with 10HP Tecumsah. That's fine with me but I would really like to contact Mr. Davis in order to purchase a bike that DOES qualify.
