I need an HS40 block (on valves or crank case cover needed). The model year on this one is 72, but I'm not sure what the differences were during that time. The paint is important, but it doesn't need to be in perfect condition by any stretch of the imagination.
I might need the crank too, so I'd be willing to buy as much as needed, but I only REALLY need the block. I've got all the parts that go on and in it, but it never hurts to end up with spare parts. It would an added bonus if it has original black paint on it.
I broke a couple of bolts off in one I was working on and made a mess of it trying to remove them.
Time is a factor! Someone help please!
