They are bent inward from someone riding it at "high speed" into an unmoving object! Most can be fixed with a hydraulic press!

ahh haha. I'll try bending them back and adding a little reinforcement.
If not then weld up some new forks. Didn't pay much for it so I expected to do some work to it before its rideable.

They are good bikes....just a little small!! Lots of them have been modded to fit a "older kid"! LOL Do some searching on here for some good ideas!

Thanks. Being small is a plus since it lets me throw it in the back seat of the car and take it to events.
I have some ideas on what i want to do with it eventually and it may end up being rebuilt into a completely new bike.
