Identify a Mini bike

Hey, I picked this up recently and the guy told me he had all the parts sitting in the his grandfathers basement so he put it together. I could use help identifying the frame brand and/or whatever knowledge you may have on it. It has a 3hp Clinton engine but I don't know if its the original or not? Thanks for looking.

Ruttman.. Probably like a Toad or something.. The wheels are the correct 6 inch mags to the bike, but the Clinton engine is not original but is pretty damned close to minibike correct for a few others and is a real nice motor. Don't see many in that style in that condition.. :thumbsup: Pretty great find all in all..

Nice lil Ruttman..1977-up longer frame( more accurate year by kick stand position). It probably started its life with Spyder forks..but were switched out by the looks of it. Still nice and clean looking.:thumbsup:
