Ignition coil mod?

So being that I have some time on my hands I just started to take apart a Briggs 3.5hp. I was searching on YouTube and there was this guy with a MSD car coil on his Briggs (might be different). Does that add just a little bit of power? Is it worth the effort? I have time on my hands so if it works out how would I go along wiring it? I'd rather do this than sit home until Monday watching boring, fake, stupid tv shows lol. Thanks, James

Ive never seen the msd coil mod but i have seen a solid state conversions that have caught my eye. I think the main reason for the swap is for dependability and longevity.

Unsure as to a power gain etc...

If you have the time why not go for it and report back how you did it and the differences in the BnS.
