Lawn Mower Tires For a Mini BIke?

Is this just unorthodox, or is it feasible? I guess the axles probably could take the rpm's but would it be advisable to use lawn mower tires for my mini-chopper?

I'm always trying to come up with alternatives to what is necessary, and instead make do with what is available. So, I was wondering if I could use lawn-mower tires on a mini-chopper. Any guesses? :shrug:

In many cases, yes you can! IT really depends on what tires you are talking about though. For instance, a lot of the Carlisle Turf Savers are used on riding mowers as well as golf carts and go karts. They can definitely take the rpms. These are used quite commonly on a lot of go karts.
