It is a Ruttman Toad...early 70's. They stopped the solid bar on them in 1969. After 1970 ..they all had fold up pegs.

So what are the clues that it is a toad rather than a wild goose? Is it the fender mount location set up for four inch wheels on a toad?

I found a Doodlebug for 25.00 but it was 5hr's away from me . Bent front forks ,flat rear tire , chain and chain guard missing and I was off this weekend, man was tempted to drive 10hr's to get it.
