May be strange, but street tire for the CT200u?

Yes I did use the search function, no definitive answers, other then not trailer tires.
I've looked at a few, like Kenda, and SunF, but both say not for highway use.

This is going to be another pit bike, so no need for those knobby tires, and it's not going to see highway use, I value my life.:eek:ut:

Would either of the Kendas or SunF's be okay, or does somebody have something else that may be a better option?

A 4ply tire should give the durability to be safe even if stated not for offroad use..just inspect the tire when you check bike over..

Any scooter tire is going to give a DOT street legal option. I've used Shinko SR550's on two heavy bikes now. (Gote and Powel) They are only 8 X 4.00 and not nearly as bulbous as what ends up on China bikes, but you're not going to find any of those super wide tires that are DOT rated.

Great ride on the Shinkos. Very happy with them.
