milling head on a 420cc clone

gasket is .050" thick.

how much can you mill the cylinder head and still use pump 91 octane gas? Iam looking for a 12:1 ratio

just get a thinner head gasket un can subtract .40 just with $10.00

To get 12.1, you will need to mill off about .125" with the stock head gasket.

Yeah, but he has to watch out for piston to valve clearance if he is gonna run over .300" lift.

Flow makes more power than compression any day. But I have to stick with the question asked. I know a stock 420cc motor is hard to pull start as is.

I have .080 off mine and I don't think I could pull start much more or the rope...
I can not see a factory electric starter making enough torque either,remote would be the way to go.
We here have a thing about electric starters though,pull start is more vintage way of doing it and keeping the in tune with flavor of vintage style mini bikes.
