Minibike with front/Rear Shocks

Hey guys, I scored this minibike with a 4 horse honda off of facebook marketplace. It doesn't have any branding on it, does anyone have any idea as to what it may be

Pics are a little dark and don't show details but the frame looks Rupp ish, definitely some customization done over the years.

It's definitely not a Rupp. I'm not sure. Some better pictures might help. It has a Broncco vibe, but the neck tube is all wrong
