Did you check OldMiniBikes they might have them.

Not sure if it's the size you want but OldMiniBikes has them as well as eBay, search 7/8 brake cable clips.

The original Cat clips are slightly (very) different then the ones sold in this day and age. And the thin version simply isn't sold at all.
