Misfire? Coleman bike help

I just upgraded my Coleman bike. Does this sound like a misfire?
My flywheel timing is 31 degrees and the camshaft says the ignition timing is 30 degrees. Idk if this makes a difference

In the video the engine is at an idle. How does it run at clutch engagement and normal riding RPM.

I would say you are ok if it maintains an idle and runs well everywhere else.
