Need 13hp engine or bigger

Hello I'm looking for a running 13 hp engine or something bigger for my Ruppster. I am replacing my non running jlo rockwell 230 engine until I get it working. The new engine must have a 1 inch shaft with key fit to fit my commit duster clutch. I'm located in Southern California Orange County area. I have a 14.5 Briggs generator engine to trade if interested or cash. Let me know what you have in what condition and hopefully we can work something out. Thanks!

I know harbor freight caries engines, but I am hoping for a bigger size engine and I would rather give money to someone on here for an engine than to harbor. Haha thanks tho. Ill keep it in mind if I can't get anything else

I will try to see if I can get some pics, He is custom building a clone of it also.
