Need a jet number to drill size chart

Anyone have a Honda jet number size to drill size chart?
I've searched on here quite a bit.
I see a lot of people say they use a .037 (or whichever) jet size, and other people say they use a 95 jet. The jets I have for my predator are genuine honda jets and I would like to know the drill sizes.

The smallest drill I have is .025 and the jets are smaller than that.

Thanks for that link Bruceo, lots of good info.

The chart doesn't match my jets. It says a 91.5 jet is .036, I can't fit a .030 through my stock 92 jet.

I am going to use a pin vise to hold the drill bit.

Hondas use Keihin carburetors and how to convert sizes has been mentioned before...

FYI: Keihin jet sizes are numbered by hundredths of a millimeter, so a #60 jet is 60/100 = 0.60mm, a #168 is 168/100 = 1.68mm, etc. The sizes are usually spread a couple numbers apart like 50, 52, 55, 58, 60, etc. NOTE: This is entirely different than the numbers on number drills.

FYI²: Twist drills make a hole slightly larger than their actual diameter. At the small sizes involved here, I would use a drill 0.05mm smaller than the intended size. Reamers are necessary to get precision diameters like this and just one will cost five times+ what a new jet does.

The kit I received for my greyhound clone and predator are genuine Honda jets. They sure aren't Keihins that would be too nice.

Uh, as in Made by Honda. Comes in a sealed bag that says Honda genuine parts.
I'm not sure why you'd ask that. Isn't it rather obvious what it means?

I have a feeling you're going to tell me they're made by Keihin even though they are in a bag labled genuine honda parts. I do know this.
Sometimes I save a word or two. I should have said they are Keihin jets which are genuine honda replacement parts.

My point is, they are not some knock off mystery part.
