Need a wheel suggestion

I have a T&D Klipper Kart, and it has a 1" live rear axle with a 3/16" keyway, and I cannot find a matching 10" wheel for the life of me. Does anyone have any suggestions >25 USD?

That's just the thing, I bought it as just a frame. Also, the keyway is 1/4", not 3/16".

And I feel I need to specify that I need two steel hubs, with a 1" bores and 1/4" keyways, and matching tubes and tires.
