Looks like an ARCO but the handle bars are wrong, the # plate doesnt belong the seat is from a Powerdyne which isnt a bad thing but not OEM , rear tire is flat and off the rim :doah: shocks are wrong, look like a HS40 with no muffler:doah: If it was me I would offer $75 if it runs and wouldnt go more than $100
