Those wheels are original to the Ruttman? Elbow grease can make those rims shine. Welcome back!

Vise grips on the bar grip can take it off if you had trouble. Some air pressure with thin blow gun tip in the grip can also help. I had a stuck one but didn't want to ruin it so I did the blow gun trick and worked for me after a couple of times. Seat looking good.
