New scratch build, need some info

#1
I have acquired all of the major parts to start my build, and now need some info about frames sizes.
My goal is to essentially clone a 70-74" Rupp bike with the motor cycle style frame, but the problem is I have no sample available for me to examine. Although it won't be a carbon copy, I would like to stay with the basic dimensions. Without having a whole lotta choice on wheels, I decided to use the 10" Azusa wheels. I know that there was a slight difference in the Rupp frames between the 10" and 12" wheel versions, but I think that I would rather base it off the 12" wheel style, because there are more out there. So if I could get some measurements from some of you hardcore Rupp riders out there, It would greatly be appreciated. If you could be so kind to fill in the blanks, it would help me out a heap. Thanks in advance.

Here's what I need:
1. wheelbase

2. fork length (axle to top of triple tree)

3. fork width (center to center on the tubes)

4. triple tree offset to the neck

5.swing arm length (from pivot hole to axle center)

6.torque converter tube location ( in relationship to axle height and distance from rear wheel)

7. any other dimensions that I have overlooked that are important.

I'm really excited about this build and can't wait to get started!
