Odd Nova..... Single top tube frame.
Friend added a seat and the rear shocks.
I've never seen a Nova with a single top tube,
and holes drilled in top tube possibly for a gastank.
Heres a frame shot Looks like the hold down bar for the Z50 style tank was cut off yours maybe-indent just before the hole in top tube:
