Oldschool tillotson carb

Bought a 5hp Briggs and this HL63e Tilly carb and intake came with it. Gotta love Craigslist. The air filter adapter seems to be ancient lol and the intake as well since its massive compared to most. Apparently this carb came off of a mcculloch Mac 200 chain saw. Has anyone ran this carb or had experience with one?

adapter looks home made...turned out of a piece of aluminum bar stock.

The air stack looks like Azusa.

How big are you looking for? We have a slightly used (near new) Tillotson HL-388B gas carb with a 1.000" throttle bore and .790" carb venturi (including throttle linkage) that I would sell you. PM me if interested.

I have no idea I could measure the stack from center of bolt hole to the center of the other bolt hole and let you know.

Any carb is better than stock. But I would upgrade it
