picked up an h35 what year is it.

45621s ser2139b its on an edger and is all original. im somewhat confused by the serial number identification i guess the 2 is the year but how do you know the decade. thanks for the help in advance.

'92, 1982 was still points and would have had a different shroud with the 4 bolt recoil, and by 2002 Tecumseh quit stamping the shrouds and used decals for serial numbers and model numbers.
