The Tule Trooper was being made right around the time I was born,they have IMO a timeless design that I really like.I decided to build a bike with design cues from the tule Trooper, I call it the Tiny tule.I will be using a Manco streaker frame and try to keep the design as simple as possible making it look like if Tule trooper had a little brother with 5" wheel.
Power will be from a bone stock 5HP Briggs The tule mini bike used Briggs engines exclusively.
The Tule mini bikes had a high low shift gear on them with a torque converter so you had the best of both worlds for torque and speed depending where you were riding it.The Tiny tule is getting a Comet two speed,the brake will be a band brake on the secondary clutch.Pics as I progress.Tell me what you think.:drinkup:
