ready to test run

BUT this has not run since 1971- and I cleaned and put the carb back together and cleaned out everything- is there anything (other than gas) I need to do or check first- Then My questions are

1. what is the setting for this (first pic)

2. What is the setting for this (2nd pic)

3. I cant read all the little tag on this motor but I can make out MODEL: H 35 is this the type of engine? (3rd pic)

Change the oil if you haven't already done so.

1. Idle and High Speed both set at 1 1/2 turns out.

2. Yes, that is the throttle.

3. Yes, it tell you it's a 3 and 1/2 HP engine.

The second picture shows the idle mixture screw.

got it- I got the 3.5 part I just thought it had some kinda designation or something- but thanks for the info- I'll keep you posted

UPDATE:
Well it started- had start at first- had to use starting fluid- then it ran after I made the adjustments Thanks to the info provided by JRZMAC
Now I have a couple of fuel leaks- poss the gasket went bad (after all it has been there since 1970 hahaha) and I may need a new fuel bowl as it sorta leaked through the carb venturi (Where the carb attaches to the air cleaner- sorry for the big pic)
