Can somebody tell me if this rear sprocket needs to be replaced at this time or does it have some life in it,by looking at pic. It doesn't feel or look pointed, but don't have one to compare. I'm attempting to restore an ARCO bushmaster (unknown year, probably mid 70's) to fun and safe condition, I have researched site about how I may have to replace the entire rear rim with sprocket since sprocket is welded to rim, not favorite choice, but also don't have access to welding equipment to cut down sprocket then weld new one to old. I would have to pay someone to do it. I was going to replace chain, I would like to keep same style rim if possible if I have to buy one. Any hints to where to look would be good too. Thanks.

Kenny is right, judging by the pic I would say it has lots of life left in it.

Run it and have fun re-building.
