Super Bronc VT 8

I just Purchased a Heald Super Bronc VT 8 and I can't find the seral number. Does anyone know where it could be located on the frame?

The Serial # is under the hinge of the seat

I found it after stripping about five coats of paint off.

the numbers are there but nobody knows the build dates to make the numbers usefull. The build book got lost years ago,asked Ron about that last year.I do know that each series started at 0001.
