Its a CCS made by ruttman for them. the frame is 1 inch od. grasshoppers are 7/8.the footpegs look correct for ccs. grasshoppers use the ruttman peg and footrest.ccs uses the rectangle rear axle and brake on wheel . grasshoppers a tab for axle .grasshoppers seat frame and bar the same,the forks on ccs have a tab at the top and a curved strut bar.grasshoppers triangle mount and straight strut.they also use open snowflake wheels .seen a few around most were assembled and sold in windsor and leamington and badged as pathers and I think his name was Henry Dykes
