Tecumseh H70 Engine

#1
I'm also looking for a 70's Tecumseh H70.
I'm looking for 3/4" shaft and I prefer the non E-start option.

Thanks
frankster

PS I can pickup at the Michigan swap meet this coming weekend if that helps.

I got a nice H50 w/lighting coil.....fresh rebuild, loads of compression. Was originally on a Harrison Wildcat 500.

I'll have it at the swap meet Sunday.

I would say no.. The sheet metal has been transfered.. Ya may get lucky and find a lighting coil and lighted wheel under the JD sheet metal, but I sincerely doubt it.. The 110 volt starter means no battery to charge.. so no lighting stuff.. However, some of those big expensive JD snowblowers DO have a headlight on em.. The engine is parted together, so God knows what got used and what didn't..

Plus, if the sheet metal is swapped out, you don't even know if it is an H70.. It's either a 60 or 70 I'd say, being you can't see the diamond on the block..

It's got an aluminum Tecumseh tag on it.. Thats pretty cool.
