Throttle For 1959 Tote Gote 3hp

I have a nice stock three horse Briggs and Stratton installed in the frame. You guys coached me real good on the crankshaft modification I needed. I need to install a throttle and I would really like to keep the governor. I have the stock updraft carb and I am hopping you guys can recommend a throttle kit or set up to use and still keep my governor. Thank you for any input
