Triple tree / Front Suspension upgrade - Speedway

I'm upgrading my Speedway Green Horn front suspension to a real hydraulic suspension and wanted to know if there's an aftermarket pit bike setup that I could retrofit.
The main issue is that the fork is secured to the steering neck with a 1/2" bolt going thru nylon bearings and all of the pit bike stuff mounts similar to a motorcycle using a large diameter bolt and bearing setup.

Gerald (LSCustoms) had made some custom trees with the standard 5/8ths hole and I think 25mm holes that clamp for the legs. A lot of the pit bikes were 25mm stantions. Lots of legs on ebay. You could also buy a set with trees and remove the center neck and make press in bushings with a 1/2 inch hole.
