very small lil indian lookalike disc brake what is it??

very small and sure looks like a lil indian with single front spring & rear disc{brake caliper isnt original]
frame seems to be original & not cobbled in any way.Anyone know what this cool little mini is

I believe it is a members here. I don't think anyone could identify it when he posted it here. I think the consenus was it was home made or a modified frame of some sort.
