villiers powered mini bike

I'm after any information on a mini bike I found under a house as you would a barn find. it looks like deltck deckson but has a bicycle headset and a Villiers motor.

Looks late 60s early 70s Taiwanese and the Villiers engine and jackshaft was added. Maybe a Scat Cat, Markus knows the most about the Taiwan bikes.
