Has anyone ever confirmed if TEC US parts were interchangeable with the Italian engine? You would think since Tecumseh gave Aspera "license agreement" that TEC would have given them all the tools / dies to build exact engines. Why would you license a company to build a sub-par engine?
Could it be TEC was pissed off This Italian company was selling engines in the US taking business from them? Just a thought....
