vintage or not (help)

HI guys i'm going to look at a mini bike tomorrow , but didn't know if it was vintage or not . I try to post pictures but it didn't work , anyways it's has a scrub brake and the brake lever is in front of the right foot peg instead of behind it. One piece fork with a large fork plate and the rear axle goes through what i think is called a eye loop. I know it's impossible to tell me the make without pictures, so my question is do they make any modern mini bikes with scrub brakes or did vintage mini bike only came with them. Thank you .

Search Azuza mini bike and see if that is what it is in your pic.

Thanks for the tip , but i could not find one that looked like it and none had scrub brakes.

The bike is a manco streaker, technically its vintage as it is 20-25 years old, but not really a collectable or anything like that. that is the 2nd generation version of the streaker, sold through the 80's. this manual was dated 1989 according to the ebay listing I found it in.

Is there a single spring on the bottom of the fork bolt , other descriptions you provided could be a Cat ??

Not a cat. Motor plate is wrong. The wheels are welded to the top of the frame instead of under it.
