Welch plugs on a flojet carb?

How many welch plugs are on a small 2 pc. flojet? Between the choke and the main needle I have a spot on my carb for a welch plug I think. It might also be a drain hole or a breather hole possibly.
I believe the only welch plug on these carbs is on the end of the tube for removal of the choke plate. Can someone confirm this please?

there is the one one the end that the choke goes throw .and the thing on the bottom its about 3/8 inch there is a felt disk and a small spring disk that keeps it in there . it idea is if it floods the gas will leak out the little hole in the bottom ,and the felt keeps dirt and crap out of the carb .

Yes that is the hole I'm talking about. I believe I'll do a little home engineering with some felt and aluminum screening. Thanks for your reply.
