What bike is this?

This is the second one I've seen on Craigslist (the first was in Florida, the second here in Kentucky); and the second with a non-replying seller. I don't see why some people bother making listings.

Anyways. With your help, maybe I could search for one without the need for Craigslist. Thanks in advance!!!
