What is It?

Got this minibike at a garage sale and want to get it ready to take to Bonneville as a pit bike. Can't find any markings or serial numbers on it. Wheels are 10" x 3". Need help to indentify it so that I can get parts for it. Any help is much appreciated.

I am with Bandit. The seat pan sure looks Fox. But not 100% sure.

The gas tank is off a Bush Wacker :shrug:

Not a Cougar, the swing arm is different. Cougar swing arms looked more like a Rupp Roadsters.
