What is this piece of history

Basically me and my dad do storage units can you find a bunch of cool stuff we found this mini bike or pocket rocket I don't know what it is it had a trimmer engine on it that was never hooked up to the actual gasoline and and there was just a back tire I want to fix it but I have no clue what it is and i want to know if it is worth fixing
