They could be Minnesota mystery bike forks or just lengthened stock bars.

Minnesota mystery bike, that's the name I was thinking of, just couldn't think of it..Sucks getting old. :laugh:

Correct forks. They just welded home made bars to it.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! Now comes to challenge to determine if it's worth finding the right parts, or go custom! Does anyone know the brake set-up that came of these bike? I'm not even sure if the sprocket that is bolted onto the wheel is correct...

Reproduction sprockets of the cat sprocket are available at OldMiniBikes store. The brake caliper should be a kelsey hayes 200m, that might be tough to find but not impossible.
