What is this?

Sure thing.

I am not aware of any stamping on the frame to identify the year.

Most Sensations had Briggs and Stratton engines...which stopped putting their motors on mini bikes sometime around 1970 @markus will know the year B&S stopped, and the circumstances.

Here's a link to the Sensation mb-6a version:

And the mb-6l jackshaft version:

I degreased and treated the rust and bare metal with metal etch and then threw on a rattle can of Rust-Oleum to protect it til I can figure out the original color and do it right. I think it was orange. Found remnants in crevices. We're there color charts for these?

Welcome to oldminibikes.com !

What are your plans for the bike? All original?

Not exactly. I plan on running a predator 212. I already had it. But I would like to keep the frame close to original as possible. That way later if I wanna build and old motor I can.

My goodness...a homemade cotter pin.

They are the correct fork, and hard to find.

Just find you a lockout that fits, and be rid of the nail.
