Yes it is a 70' Outlaw . It has the Tecumseh engine plate with the round hole in it. It would have had the 4 spoke 6" Mags. It had the right side disc brake bracket also. Not very many around. It would have had either the two speed set up or the jackshaft. It should have a vin stamped on it on the right axle bracket .
