Looks like before the cool running board mods it may have been a 2 piece mini mate or lil indian? the forks on it are hard to see dunno of they are the same as either of these:
Yes it is a Mini Mate with floor boards. You can tell by the two piece neck, forks and rear frame bolts at the bottom. Seat also. looks like a good bike.
